Oxford High Prep's Early Years specialist, Mrs Aylward-Page, is going to be running a small workshop for first time parents wanting to understand how to prepare their child for school. This is for parents with children under the age of 4 who will be getting ready to start school.

We will be discussing:

• How to prepare your child for school 
• Things you can be doing at home to get them ready 
• What skills it would be helpful for them to be able to do before they start 
• A discussion around what you can usually expect when your child starts school

Then we will have Q&A - a time for you to ask any questions you might have about starting school along with Mrs Williams, OHS headmistress, over a nice cup of tea.

**PLEASE NOTE** This event is for anyone, not just parents looking to send children to Oxford High Prep! If you are planning on sending your child to a different school but still keen to understand the above, please come along and say hello! There's a lot to learn!
